Some Info on Emory, MSSM, Jeff, and Columbia

well, I called all these schools to ask when they were interviewing until

for Emory, they end Feb 28th
for Columbia, the end of Feb as well, and they're sending out invites every week
MSSM is until the end of March
Jeff is the end of April


im crossing my fingers for columbia and emory, but i havent heard a thing yet so 😳

Columbia is interviewing until 2/28? It is almost mid-Jan and I bet the interview slots are booked up until somtime feb. I guess that's bad news for those of us who have not heard

My friend just got a Columbia invite (two days ago) - her interivew is 1.27 - so there's still more time!!! Columbia's not one of those "book 3 months from notification" schools...

Also, from what I've heard, Columbia is not one of those "here are 5 dates to choose from" kind of schools--they are the "you will be here this day" kind. So I guess they only give out invites with a definite date attached. I'm with you guys waiting! I tried to move things along by telling them I have a Cornell interview 12/27, but nothing has come of it.

oh, i'm so afraid about MSSM .... they were booked till Feb already .. and they'll stop interviewing in March .... so prob they'll send out their last batch this month, and that's it .... so worrying

i agree, i really wanted an interview there, i sent a letter of interest in dec. hopefully it will do something, i was desperate ahhhhhhhh! hopefully we'll hear some good news soon!

It's true that Columbia sends you a letter with a date and time for your interview. But they are willing to reschedule if you call them and if they can accomodate the change. I'll be there 1/27!

Does anyone know how much longer other schools will be interviewing? Especially Yale, Johns Hopkins, Cornell and UPenn.

UPenn - early/mid Feb
Cornell - mid/late March
Hopkins - ?
