I found out what it is...... i was told it is called "golf balls" ... I think it is along the line of athlete's foot and tennis elbow.
 
Sounds like your dangle is suffering from too much dirty underwear.

If you are serious then take a trip down to your student health center or regular health care provider and have your GP take a look. Coming to these forums with a diagnosis question is rather unproductive because:

1) It's an internet forum
2) Most of the posters here don't have medical degrees and even if they do, I doubt they would give a serious diagnosis over the internet
3) It's an internet forum

And finally, if you're messing around regularly then you should be getting STD checks every so often as a habit anyways...
