Hello,
I have finally decided to join SDN after lurking in the shadows and reading many of the posts. I was just wondering if any of you had any suggestions for me on what I should do. I am thinking of retaking the DAT in September (soonest I can take it) and hopeing to raise my QR score without lowering any of the others.
My DAT scores:

PA: 19
QR: 12
RC: 24
BIO: 17
GC: 19
OC: 18
TS: 18
AA: 18

Science GPA: 3.25 (Will be 3.3 in December)
Total GPA: 3.45

Lots of service and observation hours.

Great RC score! I think that you need to study hard and nail that DAT in sept. Are you applying this cycle? have you submitted your app yet? That QR score is going to drag you down a bit and you should improve upon those sciences. I do not mean to discourage you, but really focus on getting that DAT score HIGHHHHHHHHH. In all honesty, a very high DAT score can overshadow a mediocre GPA.

Your scores are a bit below average. I would try to raise your QR to at least a 16. Your Bio is also on the low side too. Great job on the RC though! Just work hard and retake it in September. Good luck!
