Why computed radiography has higher resolution than the conventional one? (or why digital imaging has higher resolution than the analogue imaging)

how to know the mA used in parallel grids compared to focused grids to obtain the same dose or the same contrast?

What are the settings that we can change in the x-ray console to improve resolution when imaging extremeties particularly?

I don't know the answer to any of your questions :)

Computed radiography/digital imaging has a worse spatial resolution compared to conventional film. The benefit is that digital images have a much wider dynamic range and can be manipulated dynamically (window and level settings).
