Do most schools ask for a supplemental application and/or application even if they are not interested in you?

Do they at least weed people out based on DAT scores or GPA before they start asking for money!?!

Nova - supplemental & $50 (surprised since so many have been rejected)
Louisville - $50

I think they won't even look at your GPA/DAT until you send them secondaries and money.

over the last 3 application cycles I think I had ONE school that was kind enough to reject before stealing my supplemental fee and that was UMKC I believe...

Same 3 schools for me too. just sent Louisville money today.

hope they are not just asking for money if they are planning on rejecting anyway w/out interview

I just got rejection letter from UMKC today. I did not read enough before i applied. on predents it looks like they accept a good amount of out of state residents, but they are primarly made up of states that they have a formal agreement with. not tennessee where i am at

NJ invited me for the interview even though i havent sent them the supplemental fees. They mentioned in the letter that i can bring in the fees on the day of my interview.

A lot of schools don't consider your application complete until your fee comes in, which they expect you to automatically send in. You can look at ADSAAS to see which schools do this.

NJ doesn't expect the fees automatically, they tell you when they want you to send it.
