Somebody Please Explain

Stuff the med school used to teach in a lecture format is now "taught" through studying a case.

You wouldn't believe how ticked off I get with this type of stuff. I haven't learned one damn thing in any of these case-based learning exercises.

Really? Do you think that case-based learning is useless across the board, or is it just not for you? I'd be interested to hear your take on it.
