Hello @Faith02, I know its a bit old post. Were you able to find any luck with the bench test courses. Thanks.
 
I wanna sell my bench test kit, compressor, handpiece, air turbine, Columbia cast with 36 typodont teeth, large plastic models for how to make an appropriate cavities and preps, and W&H oil for the handpiece. Inbox me if you are interested. Thanks and good luck
