It's just piece of interesting information......
For applicants that are interested in Nova Dental and for those that aren't, at least with this, we all know now that Nova is actually a bigger learning institution than what a lot of us had thought! (I, personally, never knew much about Nova as a entire private University until when I came here)
Just like everything else in life, the more you know, the better, right?

Larger school means larger bank acct.
And this will affect the dental school
I know NYU is doing a huge face lift over the next 5 years...spending near $30 million to update the building
Could they have done this being small...probably not. There are a lot of benefactors here. People give us money who aren't even associated with the dental school.
As a side note, these accrediation people are picky as hell. I was listening to one of them talk and they said one of the floor's didn't have enough insulation. Are they building code inspectors or accrediting our education 😕

I can comment on this since my uncle is on that committee: both. They do both. They address the education as well as the place where the education is presented.
The best education in the world simply isn't the best if the facilities aren't up to par or not condusive to learning. This includes safety aspects.

Hahaha.........i guess the accreditation committee missed out our 3 near-broken clinic elevators, puke yellow/blue walls, lackof air circulation, etc........😀
