Something better than Harrison's Practice fo iPhone

Hey guys,

I got Harrison's Practice for iPhone which came with LexiComp Clinical Suit. I'm finding it's absolutely great for the med items in it's index, however I'm also finding there's alot of topics that aren't in Harrison's Practice (ie Tourette's, Lyme Disease).

Does anyone suggest another iPhone program I can toss onto my iPhone to fill in the HP holes? I hear Epocrates is garbage, is anything else worth while?

Whatever I cannot find in Harrison's Practice, I can usually find something on in Epocrates Essentials or Skyscape.

When all else fails, I head for UpToDate, which I have linked.

I use windows mobile and love the free merck medicus. It has a lot of topics in it. I think they have a pay app for iPhone now.
