do yall think doing the Goljian audios + Kaplan Medessentials Path + FA Path + Uworld + Kaplan Qbank is enough for path for Step 1? Or do I absolutely need to use Pathoma or RR or BRS or Kaplan Lecture Series book in addition for path for step 1?

I think you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't use a review book for pathology.

I didn't use a pathology review book at all and did quite well. I focused on the Pathoma videos, First Aid, and questions for pathology.

That's not exactly going without a dedicated path source, lol. There are maybe 10 sentences in the book that aren't in the video.
