So everyone here says that EM is great for all the spare time you get to keep up with your hobbies. What does everyone here do when you aren't at work? Go golfing? XBox 360? Hunt small furry animals? Discuss amongst yourselves.

I spend time playing with my new baby boy. I am finishing trauma at the end of the week, and have seen the otherside. I am looking forward to getting back to EM so I can see my kid more often.

I study for my in-service exam, as our program threatens to fire us if we do poorly.

I'm a student, so I study. And study. And study some more. But when I'm a doc, I plan to spend my spare time on the slopes! I can't be a surgeon because I love skiing too much to give it up (and I've heard too many stories about surgeons ending their careers that way). Plus I don't want to be a surgeon.

Hockey, the greatest sport (to play) in the world. I do actually like watching football much better except my Lions and Wolverines suck right now. Go Indy.

Sleep. Play with my kids. Nature photography

In that order.

Take care,
Jeff

4 seasons of recreation here too... Ok, so really there's just two seasons: rainy and not rainy. Just got back from a long run with my dogs, who then played in the lake a little. And I spent some time landscaping. I'm not a Florida native, but damn I love living here. It's January, and I'm picking tomatoes. I've also been sleeping a lot. Damn, I love sleeping. 🙂

I go in at 5 for an evening shift. 🙂

I just finished my back to back trauma months, so I'm enjoying life a little before really hitting the books.
