Hi Ritu,
My wife is in the same situation as you are. She took part I on December 1st and we are waiting for the result so we could take part II before Jan 1st. We did do some research for Part II. In the Part II application there is special consideration section on Page 6. It says you don't even have to take part I (Part I is waived) only if you get the signature of secretary of your jursidiction to sign and saying its ok to take part II. We are going that route.
