Specialist or Two Majors?

In order to recive an Honours degree at University of Toronto you must have either a specialist degree, have 2 majors or 1 major and 2 minors. I had planned on doing a specialist but after doing research and questioning myself I thought it would be best to look at different paths. Its just my specialist would have been "Human Biology: Health and Diease" and if I do a double major I would thinking along the lines of Biochemistry with French/English (more likely french). Do any school prefer a Specialist or Two Majors?
