What do you guys think of Belgium as a destination? How much do doctors earn there and how hard/rigid is the system (for residency) to get into as a non-EU citizen/EU medical graduate?

I am aware that one has to either speak Dutch or French, or preferably both (so that they can get better jobs closer to the capital city) but which language do you think is worth learning? In other words, which region (Flemish or Walloon) offers better employment opportunities?
