How does this work? Are there "western regionals" or state boards for each specialty? Or is it just one exam fits all? Just curious.
 
every state is different on specialty licensure, some just want proof of training and others have their own boards (ie, oklahoma has an ortho board you have to pass in addition to getting a general license - but texas just requires proof of your specialty training plus your general license)
