Sending INBDE scores to state boards later

Considering you can send INBDE results to 3 state boards for free, is there a reason to do more than 3 if your not sure where you'll end up later? Or can I just send results in a year if I plan on moving OOS? Theres like 5 states I would consider but I'm not sure if I should pay the extra $100 now

If it matters, I'm thinking CT/NJ/PA/TX/FL
