How long does it take to get specialty board results? They say 4-6 weeks but how could it take that long? There were only like 40 of us?

Yes, it takes that long. Don't know why, and it doesn't matter. The ABP does what they want.

It takes them 5 weeks and 6 days to count all the money they just collected from those 50 people, and 1 minute to push the button on the computer that spits out the results of the computer-based, multiple choice test. Then it's lunch time.

You realize now that by the time you get your results, the ABP will want MORE $$ to keep your credential active?
