Specific coupling free nucleic acids (DNA Replication)

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
This website goes into a little more detail on the MCAT must-haves: http://mcat-review.org/molecular-biology-dna.php

Anyway, it refers to how during replication of DNA, polymerase makes sure a free G will attach to a C on the opened strand, and a T will attach to an A, etc. You know the concept by now, it's just worded funny.
