Specific question about retaken coursework on AADSAS

I had a more specific question: I took Bio 2 at my primary institution but received a C- so I retook it at a local college, but their equivalent in terms of what was taught was bio 1 (shown on my primary colleges transcript as credit towards bio 2)

how should I go about logging this coursework?

Didn't you just ask this on the other post?
You have to input all the courses that you've taken.
Put it as it is in your transcript.
To be save, I would obtain an official transcript from all the schools that you attended and put it like it is on the transcript.
