specific step 3 books question

I searched this site but couldn't find any answers with regards to these sources for step 3. Any thoughts from anyone who used this books before?

--lange outline review (authored by Goldberg)

--blueprints clinical cases (medicine, ob/gyn, etc...)

Follow-up question...any thoughts on which of these 2 sources would make a better prep for step 3?

blueprints clinical cases or blueprints Q&A series...

I thought the blueprints Q&A was more helpful. I mainly used Qbank and first aid
