Here's a 3 year old thread: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=388788

I would like to know two things:

1) How common is it for secondaries to ask for all your speeding tickets/moving violations (can you list the schools)?

2) Have any of you who have been interviewed been asked about speeding tickets (can you describe how they went about doing that)?

It can't be very common, since not a single one of the schools I'm applying to have asked.

Interview, I don't know. But why in the world would ANYONE care if you got a speeding ticket? 98% of the population probably gets speeding tickets at one point (and many more points for a lot of people). It's completely inconsequential information.

University of Vermont asks on the secondary, going back 5 years.

Also, I was asked this at one other schools as well. I can't remember but I'm pretty sure it was a school in Ohio. Either OSU or Cincy.

A typical speeding ticket probably makes no difference what so ever.
