Technology Speeding up powerpoint lectures on mac itunes

does anyone know how to speed up powerpoint lectures on itunes. I downloaded the lectures and they are under movies so i guess they are movies. It is basically the powerpoint of the lecture with audio.

What is the file extension that they are named? Can't you open them in quicktime? If so, then you certainly can speed it up. If it is a wmv then you'll need Flip4Mac.
