What is the protein that sperm secretes to be able to fertilize the egg? I assume it's a hydrolytic enzyme from the acrosome, but I can't remember the exact protein/enzyme.

I believe its hyaluronidase.

I just looked it up on wikipedia. It says there's also a protein called acrosin released as well. Hope this helps.
