Each 2n spermatogonium produced by the seminiferous tubules will undergo Mitosis to produce 2 different 2n primary spermatocyte. Each 1 primary spermatocyte will then go through meiosis to produce 4 spermatozoa. Is it accurate to assume, that each spermatogonium produces 8 spermatozoa? The only thing I am finding is that 1 spermatocyte produces 4 spermatozoa.
