I see a few patient's a year who have very focal pain over their spinous process. Imaging is clean so as best as I can tell it is a myotendinous injury. Any of you all see this? Treatment recs?

I always found it entertaining how we will come up with the most articulate and sometimes convoluted diagnoses for our patients but when it's us it's a crick.I have it at C7 a lot when my neck has a crick in it.
