I'm sorry...I wish I could help you. Almost my entire class put there's in a binder. It made it easier to add pages if needed. But a spiral notebook feel seems like an awesome idea cosmetically and it take up less space in the cubical, Lol!

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. I'm not a fan of writing so I doubt I would be adding any pages. I rather read a couple of different sources again and again than make my own notes haha
