do you know of any clinical radiation oncology rotations around the US and/or Europe that are prestigious and/or very good for residents in a radonc program, kinda like the seattle brachy program?

thanks

well so far its a whirwind of orientation-oriented stuff  They seem real nice etc but until the boards are done, I'm sort of preoccupied. At least clinic will be light (i hope).

Do you get to be an assistant professor there? Or are you just affiliated with BWH/Harvard and practicing in some other sort of manner?

neither.
Im at the instructor level not assistant professor; the ranking goes instructor, assist.prof, assoc prof and prof (wherein you give up your first born). The second question seems to focus on if am I finessing or not. I don't finesse.

So how long of a tenure is typically required to move up in the ranks? (from instructor to assist.prof to assoc prof, etc.)

it depends; had i started at another place they offered me to start at assist. prof level because ive published quite a bit. At hopkins its slow and here seems even slower.
