I think the group that does the Impact testing is in Pittsburg somewhere. But some people have a problem with their profiting from this issue when the media has blown concussions way out of proportion. Even the Boston group studying CTE does not have comparison data.

I don't know enough about it to say that there is a mecca for studying this issue. I suggest reading some papers about it and seeing who wrote them.

Pragma is correct. U of Pittsburgh (Dept of Ortho Surg) has a team that utilizes Impact and has published extensively on it. They have some great ppl over there. High-paced clinical work and a ton of great research opportunities, but it is very niche and not a trad. Post-doc in NP.

In my search for schools, I've seen some TBI researchers at Brigham Young (2-3 of them).
