Hi y'all. I will be starting med school next year and plan on getting married for after MS1. My gf is projected to make 100k/year and I was wondering how this would implicate my financial aid. I would not be living with her(doing LDR) or am expecting her to pay for any of my school/expenses. Thank you all for the insight.

Regardless of future wife's income, you should be eligible for the Federal Direct Unsubsidized and Graduate PLUS loans up to the estimated cost of attendance if you satisfy the criteria; you're a US citizen or permanent resident, you have SSN, and you're not currently in default of a federal student loan.
