Currently I am at CC taking Gen Chem1. I would like to take as many science classes possibly I could take at the CC (financial reason). What would be the ideal for next semester classes Gen Chem2? or Physics. Would be safe for me to take Chemistry and Physics 1 and 2 at the CC including English Composition 1,2 and then transfer to University? Thanks in advance.

Do a search for taking pre-reqs at a community college. Some schools won't take community college pre-reqs, some only take a limited number. Life will be much easier at application time if you don't have a bunch of CC pre-reqs.
