My 8 days of paid vaca were spent a while ago...
7 Day Cruise......never been on one. We got a great deal too, I'm excited. 🙂
You will have blast on the cruise! We just got back from our 7-day to Jamaica not too long ago. What cruise line are you taking?

Great site for first-time cruisers...
Two goals for spring break '09:
- A three day retreat with my significant other, E.K. Were trying to get to know each other better, and take our relationship to the next level. She has this organic past that is still quite a mystery to me.
- To get a good rough draft of my PS done.
Yay application year!

I've been a lurker for some time now, and I finally think it's time for me to use my first post. Im heading down to South Carolina with a few of my friends to ultimately end up hanging out with more friends. Should be fun.
What part of SC? I'm from Myrtle Beach, but live in Las Vegas right now.

I'm gonna work to save up money for a deposit for an apartment when I move to Erie in July for med school. Also, my school (Arkansas Razorbacks) play 5 home baseball games so I'm gonna go to those as well. Hopefully the weather is nice so I can do some golfing too. I may volunteer one day at the free health clinic I've been at for a year and a half.

Were heading to Charleston. I want to say downtown somewhere, but not really sure.
Just curious what all of you that have been accepted are up to this spring break since it will be one of our last good ones for a while???
IF i got accepted, I would hang out with my high school friends and brag about how i got into a med school.... haha jk! i would spend some quality time with my love ones and maybe party hard for a day or two.
You guys should copy your acceptance snail mail and email to every other pre-med who did not get accepted.
I'm torn between three options.
1. Go to NY with some friends. I'm going in late April to look for a place since I'll be going to school there, so it's looking kinda bleak .
2. Go on a snowboarding trip to Mammoth.
3. Somewhere tropical. I need to get to work on this.
Number 3 is looking like the favorite. I'll probably wait till the last minute and figure it out then.

going to costa rica for a week. anyone been? anyone have any suggestions?
Unfortunately, I've only been to Costa Rica for a day. Very beautiful place. The only thing I vividly remember seeing, though, is an inert volcano, which was pretty cool. 🙂 Have fun!

That's...not very nice. However, I did enjoy bragging to all the people who didn't think I could make it...showed them. 😎
Sadly, I feel I will be quite bored this spring break. I'm saving my vacationing for a 9-day cruise at the beginning of June. 😀
Two day backcountry hut trip. Then 5 days of MCATs. Its good to balance the uber awesome with hell.

Mexico...NOT Juarez or TJ though. Lots of angry people in those places.
stupid drug ring violence ruining mexico for us college students.
Going up to UNECOM for Osteoblast! Unfortunately, this does involve being in Maine for spring break, suffice to say no swimming. I get to look for housing though, maybe thats like swimming in Mexico...

Thanks for the webpage! I got nervous that our cruise would have bad reviews, but they are solid. Everyone seems pleased. We're going on Norwegian....
