Spring Overturn

Confusing myself with the season for spring overturn. Do you guys know which season gives the most nutrients and which season gives more O2?

Isn't it summer when there's most nutrients in the lake on the bottom and there's not much O2? and during spring is growth time and all the nutrients go to the top and O2 go to the bottom?

During the hot (summer) weather, oxygen on top and nutrients on bottom. During colder (spring and autumn) weather, oxygen on bottom and nutrients top.
