Hi, I have already been accepted to dental school. When I sent my AADSAS application in, I gave a proposed schedule of my classes for this year. I told them that I would take 4 classes in the fall and 4 in the spring. However I took 6 classes in the fall, so the spring semester I only need to take 1 class to graduate. Do you think it matters if I only take one class? Will the dental schools refuse my acceptance? I don't think they would because I only need 1 more class for my graduation requirement and I know some people are not even in undergraduate school anymore. please let me know. thanks.

can anyone help me?

Why don't you wait till Monday and tell them your situation? I really dont think its a big deal. I think I know a few peeps in my class that had a situation similar to yours. It might vary at each dental school, so call and find out

You were admitted, so you just need to finish the required courses for that specific school. It even won't care about your graduation. Last semester, you took a full load, so you could take one remaining class. If you couldn't make a good grade for that remaining course (at least C), then you should add some more courses. The U of Florida explains in detail the courses needed to prepare for dental school on its website. This semester, you could relax and enrich your life (such as take private dance and cooking courses) because you won't have much free time at dental school.

thanks you guys. i feel much better. ciao.
