Spring semester grades for waitlists?

This is probably the laziest post ever--I'm trying to figure how exactly how much I can slack this semester. I'm accepted already, but not to my first choice, which is non-rolling. If I end up waitlisted there, will I need to send my grades to them? (Or will it look funny if I don't?)

They definately will not be expecting you to send an update letter of grades. However, if you do well in your courses, it could only help. If you want to completely avoid it, send in an interest letter before your spring grades come out. That way, the school sees your interest, and doesn't think that you are leaving out your grades since you havent even received them yet. Senioritis is tough tho, I've got it baaaaad now.

If you already had an interview, they thought you'd be a good fit for their school and your academics/MCAT/Essays were all good to go. They have already made a decision about you with regards to your interview, and little will change where you stand in the waitlist if you get good grades.

Now, sending an update might let them know you are interested in their school, which may bump you up a little bit, but I have no idea as it would depend on the school.

I would send updates, but don't bank on anything. They could help waitlist movement a bit.
