I graduated from St. E. Currently a PGY2 at U Mich in PMR.
I personally know grads doing university based residencies in RADS, GAS, IM and PSYCH. The clinicals were great and the support Ive received post graduation has been excellent.
The main drawback is that there are some states you cant get liscensed in.
My ranking of med schools as far as opportunity would be: US>DO>Aussie>Big Three> St E
