Hi! Can someone please tell me what the difference is between a Staff pharmacist and a Staff Consulting Pharmacist?:)

Staff Pharmacist: Under the general supervision of the Chief of Pharmacy, the Staff Pharmacist dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical supplies to fill written prescriptions issued by Physicians, Dentists, and other qualified prescribers. (http://www.wohc.org/PHARMACY-STAFF%20PHARMACIST-2005.pdf)

Staff Consulting Pharmacist: A simple answer is that a consultant pharmacist is a pharmacist who is paid to provide expert advice on the use of medications by individuals or within institutions, or on the provision of pharmacy services to institutions. (http://www.ascp.com/start/)
