Stafford References

Im in the process of applying for a Stafford loan and am a little confused about the references section. It seems to ask for 2 references, neither of whom have the same address as me. Then it goes on to say that the first reference should be a parent/guardian. My primary residence is currently with my parents, so im not really sure what to do. Would appreciate any help, thanks.

I would recommend your first reference be one of your parents regardless if you live at same address. The second could be a grandparent, relative or a good friend.
