That's the biggest concern, while not local, I've seen a stamp of Norco 10 four times a day #120.
 
Lnsean, I really don't care or remember whose side I was on in the original argument (insulin pens? or was it the DEA post?), but this is a public message board. People tagging you in a message, or bringing up past comments you said, is not stalking you. It's normal board participation. Stalking would be following you to other boards, or in person. Wagrxm2000 does not appear to have done any of this. I highly doubt Wagrxm2000 has any idea where you live or anything else about you, other than your posts on here. There are so many real problems in life to worry about, there is no need to worry and fret about a message board. As Wagrxm2000 said, you can ignore him (and why worry if he carries on without your knowledge, most people on here won't care and will ignore Wagrxm2000 comments.) If public message boards stress you that much, then you can always step away from them for awhile.

He or one of his friends has followed me into the MD forums, and has non stop tagged and flagged me over the past many months. It was regarding the DEA issue. It's bothering me because I don't want stalkers. I think you have a point about me being too concerned, but again you're not the one being harassed here...I am; it looks different from my angle.

One of two things is happening here. Either you are truly a paranoid person and if true you really do need to seek help. Like I've stated, I could care less about your life.

What I believe is actually occurring here is you can't stand being shown up and the only thing you can think of is crying "stalker".

Like I've stated and it's been stated above, just hit that ignore button if I bother you. However, since that is probably not the reason, feel free to continue to respond to me because I know you can't stop yourself.

How have you "shown" me up here? These are petty games you are playing. The argument was over 6 months ago and I won that. I'm sure you followed me into the MD forums and commented and then deleted your comment. I got an alert for it...laughed...clicked on it and nothing was there. Maybe you thought it over and it would have looked bad...like it does now. Your actions since the argument has been creepy and disturbing. Please stop.

The more important question is...why haven't you been able to let go? You're still bringing up the debate that happened months ago.

Oh no, i wasn't bringing it up. I said you guys gave wrong legal advice before so you shouldn't really be trying to debate legality of stamps. I mean you're already 0-1...don't want to be 0-2. LMAO...just saying...you have a bad track record. So if i were you...i'd stay away from these topics.

Nah you can dig through the posts again. I don't have time for that. Other posters have gone back and said I was right all along. In fact it was another poster that provided the evidence...wasn't even me.

The said presentations couldn't be used as sources and I showed demonstrable evidence from the authority on sources (MLA as I recall or was it APA?) that they could be. Actually I don't have time to go through how many things you were wrong about, in fact I only recall you being correct about one thing, and even then it is still debate if you are correct.

But I understand that you have never, ever admitted you are wrong and I don't expect you to start now.

If you ask me, no one was technically wrong. For years pharmacists have been doing things a certain way. Some will fill stamped prescriptions based on their interpretation, others won't.

A pharmacist should never listen to the interpretation of one person until it is widely viewed that way. There's a reason why laws are so vague.

I have pharmacists that won't let customers pay cash for narcotics and they state they aren't allowed to. I've never seen this anywhere.

The presentation was you trying to attack the credibility of an official from the DEA whereas the presentation had a disclaimer on it. That';s what disclaimers are for.

Look, I wasn't the one that did you in. Another poster found the official letter on the Ohio State Board and NABP site. It wasn't me dude. I'm just the messenger. I don't get why you guys are mad at me. I'm just telling you what another SDN user presented. He basically said you were wrong, posted the link, and left...like a freaking boss...LOL.

Go find him if you have beef with being proven wrong. It wasn't me really.

Wait isn't only a person representing the DEA if they write a letter not a presentation?

I'm pretty sure you can say anything in a presentation but not let it be true even though you are educating the audience.

Nah he posted the letter and you responded to it because it contradicted what you had been saying. You asked him for more details and he linked you the sources. I remember all of it. I mean it's in the thread. LOL....so you found out that you were wrong and theres nothing you could do...except maybe attack the guy who wrote the letter....slimebag tactics.

I'm just saying guys...there;s been a YUGE misunderstanding. I was not the guy who provided the NABP letter that proved you guys wrong. It was another user. All of this anger has been misplaced on me. We should find the other user, so you guys can be angry at him.
 
If a Texas doctor writes a prescription in New York and signs it in Texas, but then flies back to New York and stamps it there, then I fill it in Hawaii on vacation, have i broken the law?

Let's be honest here...you are a moderator/staff member and you don't see anything wrong with this behavior? This is normal behavior to you?

I've never broken the law in the 18 years I've practiced based on my interpretation.
 
Guys, again....YUGE YUGE mistake. You're totally killing the messenger here. Your anger has been misplaced. Honestly? If I was a good moderator/admin I would have put a stop to this behavior a long time ago. Instead I let myself get sucked into the debate and have participated in the back and forth. What it is going to be hard for you to accept (and I don't expect you to ever accept anything I say) is that wags tagging you in a post is not stalking. The reason we have the ignore function is for that exact reason. If it bothers you, put him on ignore.

You have no reason to suspect that he has done anything besides tag you. That's it. Tagging is normal for forums. There was a poster before who honestly explained it better than I ever could but it is expected when you come to a forum that people will reference old threads and in general have fun joking about old stuff. Your response is what is not normal, not wag's.

What I should be doing is issuing warnings for name calling and closing threads that get derailed. But I have never been an excellent moderator anyway and since I have let myself become to much a part of this to stop it I am not sure what to do now. Perhaps I should recuse myself and bump it up to another admin?
