I am curious. Do all you pharmacist get used to standing all day? And are there knee problems, etc. associated with the profession after years of standing?

well the insane amount of money that you make tends to compensate for all of the professions flaws.

Why cant Pharmacist sit? Just get a bunch of chairs. Is there a law preventing this?

THe pharmacists I work with dit in chairs the majority of the day. They have one of the high stool chairs where they can still look all over the room at any given time.

I know in KY, there's a law that no tech person can be working with drugs out of view of the pharmacists. Thus, a pharmacist needs to be watching. If they're sitting down somewhere in the corner checking someone's work, it's pretty hard to keep the corner of their eye on what's going on.

Depending on the size of pharmacy you operate, you may not always be able to have a stool because it brings the unobstructed square feet beneath minimum in AZ, or that the excuse chains make to not have chairs in a pharmacy.
