Starting a financial assistance program

My sister came up with a really good idea for a community project that I would like to share. Basically what this program would do is help underprivlaged children, adults and even senior citizens who cannot afford necessary dental care get the services that they need. Through things like fundraising and donations needy people in the community can get the care that they need. This is just a starting idea but I think that it would look fantastic on a dental school application. It shows that you can be a leader and that you care about your community and its oral health. If anyone has any experiences with things similar to this or any other ideas I would love to hear them!! 😎
