Starting new activities later than on secondaries

So on some secondaries, they asked what I going to do with my time, and I put down, along with my current volunteering and shadowing, I would start new volunteer activities this month. That was the plan until construction and weather delayed my starting these activities until next month (one not starting till the end of September). When would be an appropriate time (if any) to bring these up. For the schools I applied too, some say no updates unless requested, some have a limited number of updates, and one stated as many updates as I want. Thank you.

I would not bother sending in an update. Schools realize future activities are tentative, and starting a couple of months later than planned isn't a huge deal IMO. Bring it up at interviews if it helps clear your conscience.
