I have a 2.98 oGPA and a 3.07 sGPA ( with taking out classes from freshman year i retook I have a 3.17oGPA and a 3.46 sGPA)
and I have a 3.14 GPA currently getting my masters in biochem.
I have a 31R on my MCAT, and I applied to
LECOM
NYCOM
PCOM
CCOM
VCOM
However, I have all my stuff in and I havent heard anything back about an interview.. should I be worried I wont get in to these schools?

When did you get your secondaries back in?

I was in the high mcat lower-ish GPA club as well (though our numbers were still different) and I can tell you that of that list, I applied to LECOM -B, PCOM, and CCOM ... I received interviews and acceptances from CCOM and LECOM-B ... PCOM has just been a nightmare for me to be honest. When did you get primaries and secondaries in?

I just got my primarys in in december (took AACOMAS like 8 weeks to verify it,.. ridiculous) and got my secondaries and letters and stuff in in late december.

Too early for you to worry, but remember you are late in the game ...

You probably won't hear anything till at least the end of the month. You are late in the cycle, and most adcoms are just getting unburied from all of the interviews before the holidays. Don't stress it just yet...

I have had a similar experience to Jagger...LECOM-B was a breeze, and PCOM-GA has been a nightmare! Jagger you make a decision yet?

I didn't apply to GA, but I don't get what is up with Philly. I just run into countless problems with them! I thought I finally had everything worked out after probably 5 issues, only to find out today that after they switched to this electronic application thingey, they DON'T have my second MCAT score (which is higher and the one I used for everything else). Arg.

Yup, I've decided ... 😀

The anticipation!!!

OP: It is getting late in the cycle. I'd suggest staying on the ball and making sure all the schools have everything they need. Writing a letter of interest, getting your name out there doesn't hurt either.

I know! I get really excited when I see an e-mail. And then it's like, "Oh, we're upgrading to an electronic system."

Really?
