First of all, do not take it lightly. It is an easy exam, but someone fails (well, i was one of them, and trust me, you never wanna be in my shoe).

for each part
ICE: practice with FA to catch differential quickly. If you have been writing H&P in your core rotations you should be fine. I usually wrote the differential and work up first, then went to history and then PE. It means when you walk out the door you should have the differential already.
CIS: this is what i failed in the first attempt. First and foremost, ACT! your nice demeanor won't be enough for you to pass. You have to say things like " i am sorry to hear that" or "that must have been very difficult for you". Make sure they feel like they are the center of the attention. also make sure you summarize and explain the plan along with pt education for smoking , drinking, etc. then the basic; washing hands, draping, knock, etc.
SEP: if you communicate with people in english you should be fine. I'm a 1st gen immigrant, and my sep was very high.

Good luck!

y2potato is right! This exam is not to be taken lightly. Many say, just glance through FA and be nice - but guess what! That's not enough. You really need to be an actor and a doctor in this exam. Plus need to be able to handle different flipping scenarios in a whirlwind.........you need to practice a lot the right way ... what your mind does not think you are very unlikely to ask in history! So have a game plan before you get caught in the whirlwind of cases on exam day !
