how hard is it to start a practice in NY these days, i was told by a few neurologists that it is not difficult because it is one of the only fields these days that demand is great , even in ny, although reimbursement is low? what do you guys think?
i have also been told by a few neuroligsts that if you set up a nice practice, and have people working for you, you can do really well, with good hours, that holds true even in internal medicine, why not here?
....although obviously everyone cant be that person
