state school post bacc not in BCPM

does this mean bio/chem/physics/math classes taken in post-bacc can only increase the total gpa and not the BCPM?
 
no... post-bacc work is added as a seperate category to your undergrad years, and have their own GPA and BCPM GPA... these grades also factor in to your undergrad GPA.

Quick Answer: Post-Bacc science classes do count to your undergrad BCPM
