Montefiore is an excellent program with a great reputation in NYC, and, I'm guessing, pretty competitive for IMGs.

Even though my question might sound not directly related to the thread but, I can't really find a biological program that is "IMG Friendly'' , if you could enlighten me about any such programs I would appreciate it.

Depends on what you mean by those terms. But, based on what I know and what I think you mean, WashU in St. Louis would fit that description to a T. So would Mayo Clinic.
