States where foreign dentists can practice

Hey does anyone know of states you can practice in AFTER you already have been practicing in another state....For example, if you get your license in California (by taking the Bench), then after a couple of years you can move to some other states to practice...does anyone know WHICH states allow foreign trained dentists to practice there after having a license in a different state for 2-5 years? Thanks!

If you don't have a degree from a US dental school, then you won't be able to use the new reciprocity agreement between state dental boards.
