Anyone know where I can learn more about the mechanism of action for statins? I am a premed taking a pharmacy class and I need a good scientific review of how this medicine works.

If you have access to AccessMedicine, Basic & Clinical Pharmacology (Katzung) may be worth checking out. Most medical libraries will have physical copies too.
