Statistic class is it other scienece or non-science?

i mean, it is a math class, and also definition of statistic says

a study of science blah blah blah

so is it other science or non-science

My predental advisor said no but she also said evolution wasn't bio (even though its under the bio department and aadsas said it was bio) so i don't know if i trust that. it said somewhere in the directions that math counts as science so i put it as yes but i don't think its a big deal if you get it wrong...i think they just switch it.
