it really takes forever. you have to realize that many people submitted super early. i believe last year it was 4-6 weeks for mail out, ON TOP OF however long it takes to verify your transcript. If your trancript is verified then it shouldn't take much longer (give it 2-3 weeks). You applied super early, your application will be one of the first sent out, so don't worry! and good luck.
